After more than 20 years in healthcare, including over 15 years as a licensed nurse, the way I view health and wellness has evolved. I've always had a heart for caring for others, but over the years I've become increasingly passionate about looking beyond simply responding when something doesn't feel right and becoming more intentional about how we care for ourselves every day.
That passion eventually led me to colon hydrotherapy and the creation of Rejuvenescence Colonics Center.
Today, I am a National Board Certified Hydrotherapist Practitioner and a member of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). I'm also continuing to expand my knowledge in holistic wellness as I study toward becoming a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.
I created Rejuvenescence to be a place where you can feel comfortable, respected and informed while exploring another approach to your personal wellness. Whether this is your first experience with colon hydrotherapy or already part of your wellness routine, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, never judged, and confident in the care you receive.
For me, wellness isn't about perfection. It's about becoming more intentional about how we care for ourselves.

As the Wellness Center Office Manager, Mary helps keep Rejuvenescence running smoothly while making sure each client feels welcomed and supported from the moment they reach out. From scheduling and answering questions to helping with the details of your visit, Mary brings warmth, organization and a genuine commitment to creating a comfortable experience for every client.
